HDPE double wall corrugated pipe is a plastic pipe with HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) as the main raw material. It is co-extruded by internal and external extruders and formed in one step. It has a smooth inner wall and trapezoidal corrugated outer wall, with a hollow sandwich layer between the inner and outer walls.

This pipe adapts to a wide temperature range (-20℃~60℃). Thanks to its unique structure, it features high ring stiffness, high strength, light weight, sound insulation & shock absorption, excellent UV stability, long service life, good flexibility, pressure resistance, high impact strength, strong corrosion resistance, cold and heat resistance.

Sealing gaskets are embedded in the troughs at both ends of the pipe, providing excellent water tightness. It can be laid in sections with poor geological conditions with fast construction speed, and is widely used for communication, telecommunication and cable laying.

1.This product has a unique structure, strong compression resistance, smooth inner wall and large flow capacity. It features good flexibility and can adapt to uneven soil settlement with a service life over 50 years. Large diameter & high strength: Adopting U-shaped steel belt composite material, the pipe greatly improves ring stiffness without extra cost. Under the same weight, its strength is much higher than that of winding pipes and Krah pipes. It can handle heavy loads and other working conditions, with more prominent advantages for large-diameter pipes. Our produced pipes maintain ring stiffness above 12.5KN/m², lighter and better performing than concrete pipes and other plastic pipes.

2.Reliable performance: The lamination of each layer is completed under molten plastic state, which is completely different from winding pipes (hollow wall pipes). Thus the bonding strength between layers is highly reliable. The corrosion-resistant long-life steel strip undergoes special pretreatment to improve steel anti-corrosion performance, steel-plastic adhesion and peel strength. It is wound and formed while plastic raw materials are fully molten, delivering a solid and reliable overall pipe structure. The special materials and processes solve both steel plate anti-corrosion and steel-PE bonding problems, ensuring a service life of over 50 years.

3.Diverse connection methods & reliable jointing: Electric fusion welding, heat shrinkable tape connection, internal & external extrusion welding or combined connection methods are available for firm joints. Reliable joints enable zero leakage of pipelines.
